SHIPPING

We ship to locations within the United States and its territories and military bases, and to all countries served by the following carriers: USPS, DHL, UPS, Canada Post, Sendle and FedEx. Shipping within the United States via first class mail is free. Expedited shipping and international shipping are available for an additional charge.

RETURN & ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Personal Protective Equipment, including face masks, are not returnable and all sales are final. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please contact us by email at service@showmysmile.com to discuss adjustment or replacement options. To prevent dents or scratches to the plastic window, please do not bend or fold the mask and avoid contact with sharp objects or hard surfaces. We are not responsible for damage to the smile mask after sale.

You are entitled to cancel an order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement via email: service@showmysmile.com. We will reimburse using the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
